Hello, and thank you for visiting my website. My name is Jessica Brunnemer and I have been quilting professionally since 2002 and have personally quilted over 3,000 customer quilts. My mother, DeLoa Jones, had been a quilter all my life and I would make quilts with her as I was growing up. While on hiatus from studying art at Central Michigan University, I fell in love with longarm quilting and I haven't stopped since.
I am located in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona. Since quilting is my full time job, I am able to keep my turnaround time fairly short and I can focus all of my attention on your quilt to give you the best possible result. I have several hundred samples of my quilting on the "quilts" link on the left. These are all customer quilts I have done in the past. We have recently added another machine equipped with a computerized quilting system. I have been very happy with all of the results I have seen so far and it has been nice having that extra helping hand. I have been blessed to have the opportunity to teach with and learn from some of the best teachers in the industry. Over the past few years I have taught machine quilting at Deloa’s Quilt Camp at Camp Mowana and have brought machines to Quilter’s Corner in Clinton Twp., Michigan. And I have also taught at “Quilting with Machines” for the Ohio Longarm Quilters. I really love teaching and I look forward to teaching in the Phoenix and national arena. We are Authorized Sales Representatives of APQS quilting machines, providing sales, training, and beginner classes. I will have a class schedule here on my website shortly. |

To find the price for the quilting, measure your quilt's length and width in inches and follow this model: Length x Width x Rate. Example: 90 x 70 x .02 = 126.00 Sometimes prices may be higher than listed if an extensive amount of quilting time is required. All over stippling: .015/sq. inch (Minimum: $30) Edge to Edge stippling (puzzle piece meandering) only Edge to Edge Pantograph: .02/sq. inch .(Min. $40) All pantographs are done on our computerized machine. There are hundreds of patterns available for almost every theme or look you want to accomplish. If you would like the pantograph with customized borders there is a $10 per border charge. Custom: .0225-.035/sq. inch (Min. $50) Block design, stenciling, crosshatching, stitch in the ditch, feathering etc. My freehand custom work consists of classic quilting designs customized for your quilt. We also have many computerized motifs and borders to choose from to match your themes. Heirloom: call to discuss Note: To help save money on minimum quilting costs, I give a small discount if you keep more than one quilt on the same backing Batting: I carry Hobbs heirloom 80/20 at $7.00/yd but you are welcome to supply your own Thread: Thread is included in the price of the quilting. Extra charges may apply with specialty threads used on the backing Backing: $10 per seam (I HIGHLY recommend you piece your own backings...I unintentionally tend to put off quilts I need to prepare before I load them on the machine) Pressing: I rarely need to press quilts or backings but if your quilt comes to me balled up and wrinkled, it will cost you $15 :) Trimming: $10 By request only. I typically trim to the edge of the quilt top. If you need some extra room for binding, please specify how close you would like the backing and batting trimmed Binding: I charge by the linear inch. I only do straight edge binding with mitered corners. If you would like your binding cut on the bias, please let me know ahead of time. To find the price for binding, follow this model: Length(2) + Width(2) x rate (ex. 70+70+90+90 x .20 = 64.00)
